If I have time at the weekend or on holiday (in Scotland, on the featured photo) I make mine in a saucepan, during the week I tend to use the fine cut variety that you can microwave in 2 mins. Either way I make mine with almond milk, and top with whatever fruit and nuts I have; typically banana, cinnamon, flaked almonds and blueberries.
