Here’s our poster for the Cambridge living well course.
We’ve had all of the survey responses in from the the last course and the results have been incredible, really good reductions in stress, anxiety and depression levels, 41%, 55% and 46%
(GAD-7 Anxiety, Patient Health Questionnaire (PHQ-9)). I think so much comes from meeting a cohort of ladies, who have been through a similar experience.
We’ve also had great feedback on how the course has been helpful in improving diet and lifestyle post cancer.

This course is open to all ladies who have had cancer ( not just breast cancer) , and would feel able to exercise in a group setting.
